The scene is changing by the minute and we are keeping up to date with the latest advice from UK Government and Public Health England.

Access. Our main concern is protecting staff, customers and services. To that end we have cancelled all face to face meetings and reduced access to our office and warehouse at Old Sarum.

Services. We will continue to despatch orders as normal from either our warehouse in Old Sarum. Our couriers, Parcelforce and DPD, are issuing daily service bulletins and have warned deliveries may be delayed during this period of uncertainty.

Service Guarantee. Refunds are occasionally given when couriers have been at fault for late delivery, but, understandably during this period both couriers have suspended their UK service guarantee and will not issue any associated refunds.
Nevertheless, you can be certain both companies will seek to ensure 'all reasonable endeavours' to maintain service levels.

Contingency. For reassurance, we have plans in place to continue to despatch goods from our warehouse. If the warehouse has to close, we have no choice but to temporarily close.

Please be assured we shall do our upmost to continue providing our services.
