We use DPD Local and Parcelforce as our main couriers. and normally Parcelforce for International deliveries

Can I track my delivery?
DPD Local offers tracking through the DPD Local website.

Do you always meet your delivery timescales?
We try our upmost to meet the delivery timescales, and at all times couriers will do everything humanly possible to meet these, but very occasionally a package may be delayed due to a variety of unforeseen reasons. and for this reason we cannot guarantee each delivery.
When delays happen, which is not very often, we will personally manage the routing of your parcel and re-arrange delivery at the earliest opportunity.

Royal Mail. Royal Mail First Class (Signed for) is a special service for small items which aims to deliver next day to GB Mainland, including Saturdays.

Weekend deliveries
Couriers only collect from our warehouse on weekdays. Therefore all weekend deliveries must be ordered by 4pm on Fridays.

What happens if my order is split over two deliveries - am I expected to pay twice?
Yes, if you request split a split delivery this may incur and additional charge.

What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?
Normally all deliveries require signature. However if you're happy for the delivery to be left somewhere safe, at your own risk, then please add details to the delivery instructions on check out.
Around 8am on the day of delivery DPD Local & Parcelforce send a SMS and eMail notification with a 1 hour delivery window. You may change the delivery date by replying to the notification sent by the courier.
Through the courier's Apps you can also arrange for the driver to leave your package somewhere safe, with a neighbour or maybe at your local post office.
Failing all the above, the driver will leave a card saying they've called. There'll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day.
Parcelforce may leave the package at your nearest Post Office for you to collect.

Can I have free shipping on my order?
We all like 'free' but the costs have to be absorbed somewhere, we'd rather be transparent and identify the shipping charges to you.
Having said that we do offer free delivery on certain promotions and net order values.
Unless otherwise stated, 'Free Delivery' during promotions is limited online orders, delivery to mainland GB with a standard next day service.
